The WashUp Milano website is intended for informational and promotional purposes.
Through the website, users can learn about the services offered at the WashUp self-service laundry, business hours, promotions, and how to use the WashUp Card, as well as contact the owner.
No online sales are currently offered through this website.

WashUp services include:

Self-service washing and drying using professional automatic machines.
Promotions and discounts reserved for WashUp Card holders.
A dedicated pet column for washing animal garments and accessories.
Assistance via digital contact for any reports or malfunctions.

Service is available 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Using the machines implies acceptance of the on-site instructions and usage conditions.

4. User Responsibility

Users must operate the equipment properly and in accordance with the instructions.
WashUp is not liable for any damage to garments resulting from:

Improper use of the machines,
Insertion of unsuitable fabrics,
Failure to select the correct washing program,

5. WashUp Card and Promotions

The WashUp Card is personal and rechargeable.
Unused credit cannot be refunded in cash but may be used at any time at WashUp Milano.
Promotions, bonuses, or free offers (e.g., free drying for reviews or new registrations) are valid only if declared on the website or in-store and may be modified or suspended at any time without notice.
